Meet Our Board of Directors
Stephanie Coleman, President
Stephanie Coleman is a Licensed School Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of experience supporting the mental health and well-being of students and families across various states. She began her career at the secondary level before moving to elementary school counseling, drawn by the opportunity to help students build a strong foundation of skills early on — before challenges have a chance to take root.
Stephanie holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an M.Ed. in School Counseling from North Carolina State University. She currently serves on Colorado's Mental Health Advisory Committee, where she brings firsthand insight into students' mental health needs to statewide policy conversations.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and two college-aged kids, volunteering with her dog and taking on DIY projects that are way bigger than she anticipated.
Dr. Usha Udupa, Vice President
Dr. Udupa is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist who has been proud to call Fort Collins her home for over two decades.She is a passionate advocate for early childhood intervention and equitable access to quality behavioral health care for all children and their families, regardless of socioeconomic status.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with family to include her three cats .
Shelly Peterson, Treasurer
Shelly holds a degree in finance and brings experience in commercial banking, startup operations, and financial consulting to the board. A Fort Collins resident for 13 years, she is passionate about community involvement and excited to support the organization's financial oversight.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching her teenagers in their activities, traveling and spending time with her husband, kids and dogs.
Diana Morrow, Secretary
Diana was raised in New Mexico. She attended college in Texas and did her masters degree in Arizona. She is married and has a daughter who is a teacher in Detroit. She spent many years working in "Corporate America" before joining her husband to work in their small business.
Outside of work, she likes spending time with her cats, reading, pottery, crafting, cooking, hiking, gardening, and traveling. She enjoys volunteering and learning new things.
Timiry McCaskell, Fundraising Chair
Timiry is the owner of Dora Grace Bridal, with two locations in Northern Colorado. As a longtime small business owner, she has built her career around leadership, relationship building, and creating strong connections within her community.
Timiry has also been involved with several Northern Colorado nonprofits and community organizations. She has served on the boards of Larimer Humane Society, including as Board Chair, and Partners Mentoring Youth, and has been involved with the Junior League of Fort Collins and Kappa Kappa Gamma at Colorado State University.
She loves bringing her experience in business, leadership, marketing, and community engagement to organizations she cares about and is grateful for opportunities to give back to the Northern Colorado community she calls home.
